For crude oil dehydration and desalting using tuned emulsion breaker chemistry

 

Product Introduction
Block polymer of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether with various
initiators.
Features and Benefits
• Rapid separation of oil and water.
• Help to remove salt from oil.
• Small dosage, cost effective.
Application method
• The demulsifier product is directly added into the oil pipeline.
• The dosage is determined according to different oil products,
generally between 30ppm and 100ppm.
• The use temperature is between 40 ℃ and 90 ℃; Continuous
dosing is adopted.

developed and optimized a new type of improved demulsifier.


RESULTS
The demulsifier stands out from famous oil companies such as
Schlumberger and Baker Hughes by virtue of its advantages such
as fast dehydration rate, good oil-water separation effect, low
dosage and low price, and finally helps the contractor
