Formulation  of  polyphosphonic  acid,  organic  phosphate  and polysaccharide,  acrylic  acid  terpolymer,  polycarboxylic  acid (salt), polyepoxysuccinic acid and its complex.

Application method

•    The  finished  scale   inhibitor  can  be  added  to  the  fluid pipeline of each system.

•    The   dosage  is  determined  according  to  the  scaling  of various equipment in different systems, generally between 10ppm and 40ppm.

•    The use temperature is between 30 ℃ and 60 ℃; Continuous dosing or batch dosing is adopted.

The high salinity (> 200000ppm) of oily sewage from an oil field in missan, Iraq has led to serious scaling and blockage of pipelines and pump inlets and outlets and flanges of oil- water treatment processes and equipment

SOLUTION TRICO

engineers took samples on site for  laboratory test, optimized  the  scale  inhibitor  formula,  and  proposed  a scheme of adding polyhydroxy acids to the scale inhibitor from the front end of the regulating tank.
